6. Go ice-skating at CitySkate
CitySkate is back this year in Phoenix and will open in CityScape for five weeks straight from November 28 to January 1, 2023.
This well-known ice-skating rink is located at Patriot’s Park in the center of the CityScape mall, and this year it’ll feature glittering lights, festive décor, and a variety of family-friendly events.
7. Explore Rotraut sculptures at the Desert Botanical Garden
Walk through the Garden and look at the world through the eyes of the artist. The bold and lyrical large-scale sculptures of Rotraut will enliven the Garden trails while a selection of her paintings and small sculpture fill the Ottosen Gallery.
8. Journey back in time at the Phoenix Zoo with Dinosaurs in the Desert
This self-guided tour will take you back in time, watching animatronic dinosaurs that move and make sounds just like they would’ve done millions of years ago. Prehistoric novels can also take a picture with a parasaurolophus and a fossil dig.

10. Spend a magical day with Santa Claus at The Children’s Museum Of Phoenix
Spend a magical day at the museum. Share your holiday wishes with Santa, enjoy snow flurries in the Atrium, and play in three floors of imaginative exhibits this weekend.
Visit the museum from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and take a picture with Santa Claus. All of these activities are free, with paid admission of $16 per person.
