1. Maricopa County Home and Garden Show 

The Home and Garden show is this weekend at the Arizona State Fairgrounds. The show features wine tasting, make your doormat workshops, seminars, and a show of tiny homes.

2. Arizona Fine Art Expo 

This year they’re hosting the 16th Annual Arizona Fine Art Expo. This is incomparable art experience provides a rare opportunity to meet artists and watch them work. You’ll be able to buy and see works from artists from all across the United States. Buy bronze, stone carving, metal sculptures, wood sculptures, Cooper sculptures, furniture, ceramics, photography, jewelry, and more!

3. Rock ’n’ Roll Arizona Marathon 

Start the year as fit as possible! There is a Rock ’n’ Roll running series for runners of different skills, including a 5k race, a 10k race, a half marathon, and a full marathon. The routes will take you through the best of Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe. Run through Papago park, murals from local artists, and urban streets of these three major cities. 4. Grease at Fountain Hills Theater 


The Fountain Hills Theatre presents Grease from January 28 through February 13, 2022. The romantic musical will be offered through a special arrangement with Concord Theatricals. Tickets are now on sale!

5. New animals at the Phoenix Zoo 

The Phoenix Zoo welcomed new animals at the end of 2021. Head over and say hi to a baby Siamang, two baby emperor tamarins, and an Andean bear. More details here.


6. Drink at a speakeasy 

Warm-up wintertime with delicious cocktails at different locations throughout speakeasies in Phoenix. Choose between restaurants, immersive experiences, and hidden bars. 

7. Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction 

The world’s greatest collector car auctions, Barrett Jackson, is doing its first event this year in Scottsdale. This year’s car auction will take place at Westworld, and it’s a can’t-miss event for car collectors and enthusiasts. Tickets are now on sale on their website.
