Have a splashtastic time!
Sick of high temperatures? Although beating Phoenix’s summer heat can be a challenge, there are plenty of ways to cool off with family and friends. Zip down water slides and ride the wave pools like nobody’s watching.
We’ve made a list of four awesome water parks in Phoenix:
1. Oasis Water Park
Where: Arizona Grand Resort & Spa 📍 8000 Arizona Grand Pkwy
This water park is amazing for these hot summer days. There’s lots of shade to relax along the lazy river and the slides are equally fun for kids and adults.
2. Hurricane Harbor
Where: 📍 4243 W Pinnacle peak Road, Glendale
This is Arizona’s biggest waterpark and has more than 30 slides, rides, and attractions including North America’s first gravity-defying water coaster. If that doesn’t excite you we don’t know what will!
3. Golfland Sunsplash
Where: 📍 155 W Hampton Ave, Mesa
The name says it all. If you’re not in the mood for a splash there are also three very fun mini-golf courses. Plan to spend the whole day here because there’s a lot to see!
4. Great Wolf Lodge Arizona
Where: 7333 N Pima Rd, Scottsdale
This is an indoor water park maintained at 84 degrees year-round. It offers a high-speed raft ride, a lazy river, and tandem tube rides. Perfect for a family getaway!
