Are you stressed about the holidays? Forget about everything and free your mind under the moonlight at a Moon Meditation workshop at the Japanese Friendship Garden in Phoenix.
The workshop will be surrounded by nature on December 20, 2021, from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
It will take place on a particular day, celebrating the Winter solstice (December 21), the shortest day of the year. It holds a mystique significance across many cultures, signaling the changing of the seasons.
The instructors will be Jude and Frankie of Biophilia and taken by their hand, you’ll do a guided Moon Meditation while listening to calming instruments, including chimes and ocean drums. Plus, you’ll take home a Biophilia moon healing kit.
This is what you’ll need to bring to meditate at the Japanese Friendship Garden:
- Comfortable, warm clothing
- Water
- Yoga mat
- Blanket
This is the perfect experience to close 2021 with a great mentality and peace of mind. Don’t miss it! We’re sure you won’t regret it and will leave the Friendship Garden refreshed and calm. It’s the time of the year to free your mind and spend an hour and a half with yourself. See you there!
