4 Places To Watch Fourth of July Fireworks Near Phoenix

Cities around Phoenix invite you to spend the Fourth of July enjoying their firework shows.

The city of Phoenix announced last week that they are canceling their Fourth of July fireworks due to supply chain issues. Luckily, different cities in Arizona are celebrating Independence Day with various family-friendly events. Mark your calendar! Here’s a list, so you don’t miss them:

1. Buckeye

The drive-in firework show will begin at 9:00 pm. The celebration includes food trucks, music, and vendors. Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, and yard games to enjoy the 25-minute fireworks! You’re welcome to bring water bottles, soft drinks, and snacks.

Where: Buckeye Municipal Airport 300 S Palo Verde Road

When: July 2

Time: 6:30pm-9:30pm

2. Gilbert

The city of Gilbert is inviting everyone to this free, family-friendly event that will take place on Monday, July 4, at Gilbert Regional Park. Experience live performances, aerial entertainment, and fireworks.

When: July 4

Time: Fireworks begin at 9:00 pm

3. Mesa

Don’t miss this year’s Arizona Celebration of Freedom in Mesa. Entrance into the event and activities are free. Only food, drinks, and merchandise from vendors will have an associated cost. The festivities include live performances, a classic car show, and a BMX stunt show.

Time: 6:00pm-10:00pm

4. Scottsdale

This will be the largest display of fireworks in the city’s history! However, their celebration will feature bull riding, a stunt dog show, and live music and performances.
