
Diners will have to take an elevator 21 stories down into this 245-million-year-old-cave that stretches 60 miles into the Grand Canyon, and that was discovered almost 100 years ago.
Caverns Grotto is a small, private restaurant with only four tables that offers simple American comfort food in an extraordinary place. Your dish will be cooked at ground level and then delivered via elevator and pulley system.
Prices are extremely accessible, with lunch being $49.95 and $69.95 for dinner per person, with an all-you-can-eat menu, and this price includes a free guided tour of the cave.

The caverns also feature the “deepest, darkest, quietest, hotel room in the world” with 2 queen beds and a fold-down futon. It’s equipped with an RV-style bathroom, a kitchenette with a microwave, a small refrigerator, books, DVDs, and a television.
