Get your best Halloween costumes ready because Boo At The Zoo is back this year at Reid Park Zoo in Tucson, and the first spooktastic night is this Friday.
This year, the family-friendly event features new attractions and timed tickets. Remember that proceeds benefit Zoo animal care, operations, and education programs.
This year’s attractions at Boo at the Zoo
- Take pictures during meet and greets with your favorite characters from princesses, pirates, and superheroes to movie and storybook figures.
- Catch a spell-binding act from illusionist Michael Howell.
- Cackle with the whole family through silly skeleton scenes.
- For the bravest family member, visit spooky scenes that will chill your bones.
- Join in Big Town and use your pollinating powers to produce your own bug masterpiece.
- Enjoy ghoulish games throughout the Rancho Sahuarita Fall Festival Zone.
- Trick-or-trick at candy stations throughout the whole Zoo and more!
Timed entry only: After having a very popular event in the last couple of years and to keep a comfortable flow, tickets to Boo at the Zoo will be sold with entry times this year and must be purchased in advance at Reid Park Zoo’s website.
Important: Please note that Boo at the Zoo is an evening event with limited animal viewing.
