People of all ages can now buy tickets and ride the state’s highest scenic ride once again, which overlooks the world’s largest ponderosa pine forest with a glimpse at the north rim of the Grand Canyon.
Gondola rides are available daily, but tickets must be bought beforehand on their official website.
Ticketholders can get off at the top of the Arizona gondola. Interpretive rangers and staff will be on-site to provide additional details about the geological and cultural history of the San Francisco Peaks and surrounding areas. Plus, if you’re into hiking, a short trail accesses the alpine tundra environment.
