Arizona has a new attraction! At the top of the mountain in Williams, the Canyon Coaster is now receiving visitors.
Canyon Coaster is now open on top of the mountain in Williams, Arizona. Take a short road trip to the Canyon Coaster, the first of its kind in the area that features steep descents, dips, twists, and 360-degree corkscrews while the rider enjoys the surrounding scenery.
The coaster is about 1 mile long, and it allows the riders to control their own speed, so the whole experience can last from 7 minutes up to 10. Each cart can reach a speed of about 27 to 30 miles per hour. These smart cars prevent you from bumping into others, so don’t worry about safety! They slow down whenever you get within 80 feet of another cart.
After riding the Canyon Coaster, walk over to the second attraction at the Adventure Park. They also have mountain hill tubing where no snow is needed.
Getting to the top of the hill is easy since they have two uphill conveyor lifts. Remember to come back when the weather is colder. They start to make snow when the weather allows it, typically in October or November.
